About Me

Hello, I’m Kas van Loon, 20 years old. Over the past few months, I’ve learned what gluten is and how challenging it can be for my girlfriend to live gluten-free. We often go out to eat and have noticed that this doesn’t always go well with celiac disease. In the Netherlands, gluten-free options are often not well considered in restaurants, making it difficult for people with celiac disease to safely enjoy a meal out.

This experience inspired me to start GluutBye, a company dedicated to providing the best gluten-free products in a monthly box. My goal is to help people enjoy delicious, high-quality gluten-free options and create a community around this lifestyle.
