Description
Happy Bakers gluten-free white bagels are small, gluten-free rolls based on tapioca, rice and corn. They are free from wheat, gluten and lactose and are a source of dietary fibre. The bagels are baked in a completely gluten-free bakery and packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Suitable for: vegan lifestyle.
Please note: The bakery also processes nuts , eggs and milk .
Usage

Remove foil, bags and container before baking.

Bake the bagels for 7 minutes in a preheated oven at 210°C .
Storage advice

Storage: dry, dark and closed at room temperature.

Freezing: possible up to 5 months , both before and after baking, without loss of quality.

Upon receipt, the product has an average best-before date of 2 to 3 weeks .

Minimum guaranteed best before date: 7 days upon delivery.
