Gluten-free instant mushroom soup with puff pastry croutons.
Ingredients
Soup (80%): thickener: E 1422; skimmed MILK powder, maltodextrin, salt, dried vegetables 1.6% (parsley root, parsley top 0.4%, carrot, finely chopped onion 0.4%), powdered mushroom juice 5.4% (concentrated mushroom juice, maltodextrin), dried mushrooms 5.4%, chicken fat, yeast extract, aromatic mixture (flavour enhancer: E621, glucose, flavourings), spices 1.2% (black pepper, nutmeg, turmeric).
Puff pastry croutons (20%): pasteurised EGG mass, rice flour, margarine (vegetable oils and fats / rapeseed oil, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; salt (0.4%), acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring), corn starch.

Directions for use
Pour the contents of the sachet into a cup and add 200 ml of boiling water. Mix well.
