Gluten Free Dark Multi-Seed Sourdough Bread (400g)
The Gluten Free Dark Multi-Seed Sourdough Bread is made from buckwheat, rich in fiber, vegan and a source of protein – the perfect choice for a conscious lifestyle!
How to use?
Remove foil and bags before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 10 minutes.
Storage advice
Store in a dry, dark and sealed container at room temperature. Can be frozen for 5 months without loss of quality, both before and after baking.
Shelf life
On average, you will receive this product with a THT (best before date) of 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes this period can be a little longer or shorter, but a minimum THT of 7 days upon receipt is always guaranteed. After the THT date, the product can be checked by looking, smelling and tasting. This bread is packaged with low oxygen to maintain freshness and can be frozen without loss of quality, which can extend the THT by 2 to 5 months.

Water, buckwheat flour (15%), pumpkin seeds (8%), sunflower seeds (8%), tapioca starch, millet flour, millet, poppy seeds (4%), psyllium husk fibre (3%), apple extract (2%), sweetener (glucose), chufa powder, ground linseed (1%), stabiliser (E440), baker's salt, millet flour, thickener (E415).
Please note : This bakery processes nuts, eggs and milk. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
