Gluten Free Egg Cakes
Light, soft egg cakes with a subtle lemon flavour ā completely gluten-free, lactose-free and baked in a special gluten-free bakery. Ideal as a snack or for breakfast.
Storage advice
Store in a dry, dark place closed at room temperature.
Shelf life
On average, you will receive this product with a THT (best before date) of 2 weeks. Sometimes this period can be a little longer or shorter, but a minimum THT of 7 days upon receipt is always guaranteed. After the THT date, the product can be checked by looking, smelling and tasting. This bread is packaged with low oxygen to maintain freshness and can be frozen without loss of quality, which can extend the THT by 2 to 5 months.
