Gluten Free Mug Cake
A light and quick mug cake, specially developed for the gluten-free lifestyle. Simply add water or (vegetable) milk, microwave briefly - and enjoy! Perfect as a responsible snack or dessert.
Storage advice
Store in a dry, dark and sealed container at room temperature. Can be frozen for 5 months without loss of quality, both before and after baking.
Ingredients
Sugar, gluten free wheat starch , corn starch , lupine flour , dried egg white , flax flour, baking powders: E450 (potassium and sodium phosphates), E500 (sodium carbonate), thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: soya lecithin , salt, flavouring.
Not suitable for vegans and people with allergies to soy, egg, corn or lupine.
