This is a boon for babies who may develop allergies from eating gluten too early, and for people who cannot tolerate gluten.

Usage
You can use buckwheat flakes for breakfast with milk or yogurt. Also delicious with muesli, bread, cookies, or cooked into porridge. The cooking time for the flakes is approximately 10 minutes with a simmering time of 5 minutes.
