Dark Base flour is a lightly baked basic mix that makes baking coarser bread easy. The dough rises easily and creates a full, characteristic bread with a good flavour. Ideal for most coarser bread recipes, but also versatile for use in the kitchen.

In addition to bread, Dark Base flour is excellent as a breading and can also be used for other preparations. Even pancakes get a nice, firm texture with this coarser mix.

The mix contains fibre and flaxseed, which contributes to a high-fibre diet and supports digestion.

Ingredients: gluten-free wheat starch (max. 20 mg gluten/kg), skimmed milk powder, dextrose, beet fibre, flaxseed, thickener (E412), flavouring.
